'I tried sleep headphones with a free app to rival Headspace'

Struggling to find a comfortable set of headphones for falling asleep, I've tried everything from earbuds to sleep bands without success. As a side sleeper, nothing seemed to fit the bill. That changed when I got my hands on the Philips Sleep Headphones, touted as "perfect for side-sleepers" and boasting to be the world's thinnest at '70% thinner than average buds'. It was time for a real-world test.
Philips claims their soft, super-thin sleep buds are designed to nestle comfortably in the ear, catering to all sleeping positions, especially side sleepers. The design includes an over-ear loop to prevent them from falling out, and they come with five sizes of extra-soft silicone ear tips for a personalised fit, reports Birmingham Live.

With the Philips Sleep Headphones, I didn’t notice they’d switched off until I woke the following morning.
