Singer Myles Stephenson has shared the harrowing experience of his baby daughter being rushed to hospital after a seizure which left her "turning blue". The 33 year old Rak-Su singer, who rose to fame on The X Factor in 2017, took to social media to inform fans about the frightening incident. Speaking openly about the terrifying moment, Myles recounted how two year old Sahara was quickly taken to hospital when she fell ill.

In a heartfelt post accompanied by a photo of his daughter in the hospital, the I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! star told his Instagram followers: "This little princess had a seizure yesterday evening and stopped breathing and turnt [sic] blue! Single handedly the scariest thing I've ever seen!".

The doting dad, who has both Sahara and son Shiloh with partner Keli Hall, further elaborated on what had happened. "Her temperature spiked causing a (febrile) seizure," Myles explained before sharing an important message for other parents. "For any parents with young children please look up Febrile Seizures and research," he urged. "It will not only help your child but also you if it should ever happen, especially during flu season.".

Myles shares Sahara, two and son Shiloh, three, with his girlfriend Keli Hall. Myles has previously disclosed that his son Shiloh is coping with a disability owing to an unseen stroke he suffered as a baby. The Celebrity MasterChef star opened up about his son's health last year.

Myles spoke out about his son's devastating health struggles after he was diagnosed with Hemiplegic cerebral palsy. In a heart-wrenching social media post, Myles revealed that Shiloh now faces partial paralysis on his right side and needs splints to support his legs and body.
