I’ve been curious about whether some vitamins or supplements could be beneficial to my overall health for a while now, but without doing thorough research or consulting a GP, it can be a challenge to know where to begin. But Boots has just launched the ultimate wellness starter kit for those looking to start the New Year on the right foot.
Coming in at £35, the Wellness Box is worth more than £160 and contains a selection of supplements, vitamins and skincare products designed to enhance your overall health from the inside out. Perfect for a January reset, it contains 17 products, 11 of which are full sized, and are great for getting to know which products you may want to make a permanent part of your daily routine.
