The reality star is now dating TOWIE's Chloe Brockett, 24, who was forced to call an ambulance last summer after fearing that Jack would attempt to end his life.
The reality star, 33, recently found himself in legal trouble, having been sentenced to six weeks behind bars after his Cane Corso bit two people, causing injury to one person.
Speaking to The Sun, Jack admitted that he gave up anti-anxiety drug Xanax after going into rehab, but relapsed after a packet he had previously hidden fell out of a cupboard.
