FORMER Premier League midfielder Jojo Shelvey has been released by Turkish side ikas Eyupspor after just five months. The 32-year-old, who joined Eyupspor in August, agreed to leave the Istanbul-based club by mutual consent. A statement from the club read: "We have parted ways with professional football player Jonjo Shelvey by mutual consent.
