Justin Baldoni has had an award for men who advocate on behalf of women and girls revoked following Blake Lively's lawsuit against him. The actress, 37, has accused her It Ends With Us co-star, 40, of inappropriate conduct on set and retaliatory behavior in a 80-page legal complaint. He has furiously denied the accusations.
Lively's team say that text messages included as part of the legal complaint reveal 'a multi-tiered plan that Mr. Baldoni and his team described as 'social manipulation' designed to 'destroy' Ms. Lively's reputation', which they say began after she raised concerns about conditions on set.
In December 2024, Justin received The Voices of Solidary Award which is given to men who advocate for women's rights. Vital Voices, the organisation behind the award, released a statement on Tuesday confirming they have rescinded the award following Blake's lawsuit.
In a statement, they wrote: 'The Voices of Solidarity Award honors remarkable men who have shown courage and compassion in advocating on behalf of women and girls. On Saturday, December 21, we learned through news reports about a lawsuit brought by Blake Lively against Mr. Baldoni, his publicists, and others that is disturbing and alleges abhorrent conduct.
