The Mirror understands that West was invited as a guest due to being nominated for Best Rap Song with his track 'Carnival' featuring Ty Dolla $ign, but he didn't hang around to see if he snagged the award, which eventually went to Kendric and was not removed.

According to California Penal Code 314(1), indecent exposure is defined as a person "exposing his or her naked body or genitals in front of anyone who could be annoyed or offended by it.".
