The star opened up about the heartache of seeing her son Harvey, who is 22, in distress, saying it's "upsetting" because unlike other young adults his age who have their "own lives", for Harvey, Katie is his world.
Harvey, who lives with partial blindness, autism, and Prader-Willi syndrome, features in the vlog via a moving FaceTime chat with Katie.
