But since going their separate ways, Kanye moved on with his current wife Bianca Censori and Kim has kept quiet about any of Kanye's social media meltdowns.
Kim previously spent years defending Kanye's past behaviour, speaking publicly about his "mental illness", which caused him to act out on social media in the past.
Speaking in an interview with Justin Laboy on his podcast The Download, Kanye, who is now formally known as Ye, said his wife of two years Bianca suggested he had been misdiagnosed.
