A photo of her in Paris from two weeks ago showed her and partner Lloyd Klein enjoying a night out together. Mr Klein told the AFP News Agency that his fiancee had died due to a pulmonary embolism today. Ms Wildenstein was particularly known for undergoing extensive plastic surgery.
