The apps for several major banks associated with Lloyds Banking Group are currently experience outages in the UK, leaving customers unable to access their funds.
In a statement shared on X (formerly Twitter), Lloyds said: “We know some of our customers are having issues logging on to online banking and our app.
Customers have also complained of not being able to pay their bills and of a lack of transparency from the banks about the issue.
To make matters worse, the error has occurred on the last day of the month, which is pay day for many Brits.
While customers can still send money, according to Nationwide, transactions won’t be processed immediately.
