Love Island star Montana Brown has given birth to her second child, the star has announced. The 29-year-old former Love Island star shared a photo in which she posed holding her newborn baby girl alongside her fiancé Mark O'Connor. This is their second child together, after Montana became a mother 17 months ago with their son Jude.

The reality star shared the happy news on Instagram, in which she said that her daughter had come early. Montana wrote: "Look who decided to show up early. Bigger than expected and a bit of a rollercoaster. We're over the moon and taking it all in but just glad she's healthy and happy.".

This comes after Montana shared her plans to have a home birth despite her baby being breech. The Love Island star was being advised to have a C-section but she claimed that this was due to "inexperienced" NHS midwives who were 'lacking training'. Speaking on a TikTok video, Montana explained why she was going to use a private midwife to aid a home birth.

She said: "So we are obviously nearing D-Day and she is still breech and for me, my mindset is on a home birth and It's really hard to find people who are supportive of a home birth especially in my position of having a breech baby. Which has been really really tricky because if you speak to midwives who are a little bit older and have had their training, they are quite confident at birthing breech babies because from what I've heard it's just a different form of vaginal delivery.".

Montana continued: "Yes there are risks but as there are with any birth and there are certain things you look out for and certain positions that are better in order to make sure that the baby is delivered in a safe environment. The hospital I am with, who have been incredibly supportive and have given me a lot of different options, are very against me giving birth at home and also if she continues to stay in the same positions that she has been which is footling breech, they have completely advised me to not give birth vaginally and have given me the option to book in for an elliptical [C-section].
