Casey had been on the first series of All Stars last year with Kaz's pal Georgia, where it was revealed the pair once dated – but things didn't end amicably.
Following his arrival, Kaz accused Casey of having "f***ed over a few girls" who have appeared on Love Island, which he denied.
There was tension between co-stars Kaz, 29, and Casey, 28, on Tuesday night's episode of the ITV2 show shortly after he entered the villa in South Africa as the latest bombshell.
The pair have history as Casey was once romantically linked to Kaz's close pal and former Islander Georgia Harrison, 30.
