Major high street retailer slashes prices including leggings for a fiver - but there's a catch

The majority of January sales might be coming to a close, but there's still an opportunity to refresh your wardrobe for less and grab a bargain at one British retailer. If you don't fancy forking out a fortune on new clothes and accessories, head to Marks & Spencer that has continued to reduce its prices to as low as £5 for a pair of leggings.
Taking to Facebook this week, one bargain hunter, Gail Gyi, alerted fellow savvy shoppers on the popular group, Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK, showing off a treasure trove of discounted goods at two of her local Glasgow branches. She wrote: 'If you want to find a bargain this week, head straight to M&S everything now cheap as chips.
'Remember to try things on as if it has a yellow sticker they cannot be returned. I think this is the last week of their sale. Not many shoes & boots in either Braehead or Silverburn, Glasgow.'. Much of the retailer's festive range appears to have been heavily discounted, including a sequin flapper-style dress in a champagne colour.
The strappy, knee-length dress, perfect for birthdays and formal occasions, is currently on offer for a cool £10.99. Additionally, a sparkly silver pair of flared trousers can be snapped up for £12.99, while a pair of black faux leather leggings have been slashed from £25 to £6.99.
