Man City close to signing Juventus star in £54m transfer Manchester City are close to signing Juventus left-back Andrea Cambiaso, according to reports in Italy.
Cambiaso has started just one of Juve’s last nine matches and Thiago Motta revealed last weekend that the defender has been suffering from inflammation issues.

Juve are said to be holding out for an €80m (£67.3m) fee but Sky Sports Italy report that there is a ‘good chance’ that a compromise will be reached with City.
Cambiaso has made 13 appearances for Italy’s national side and played in three games at Euro 2024 last summer.
