Man Utd ‘made last ditch bid to HIJACK Julio Enciso loan from Brighton’ with star snubbing club for Ipswich

MANCHESTER UNITED tried to hijack Julio Enciso's move to Ipswich from Brighton during the January transfer window. Enciso, 21, swapped the Amex Stadium for Portman Road after completing a loan move that will see him playing for the Tractor Boys until the end of the season.

Garnacho has been strongly linked with a move to Napoli this month as he appears to be keen for a new challenge in Naples and manager Antonio Conte has given the green light. However, Enciso opted for Premier League relegation strugglers Ipswich. The same report suggests the Paraguayan snubbed Man Utd's last-ditch bid in favour of playing regularly for Kieran McKenna's side.
Enciso said after joining Ipswich: "I am so happy to be here. "The conversations with the manager have been good. I am very grateful to him and the club for believing in me. "I can’t wait to get going. I’m a real fighter and I will do my best in every game.”.
