MARK Wright has bravely jumped into an ice bath to celebrate New Year’s Day, after he and wife Michelle Keegan shared their exciting baby news with fans. The dad-to-be was filmed dunking under the freezing water in just his swim shorts as he embraced the cold.

The ice bath could be seen positioned by the side of his and Michelle Keegan’s huge Essex mansion. Mark, 37, shouted out: “Come wind, come rain, come shine,” as he plunged into the outdoor bath. He swept his hair from his face and clenched his fists as he battled the freezing water before saying: “And breathe. Five years ago I’d been laying in bed now hungover with a pizza takeaway.

“Don’t get me wrong if you’ve done it, enjoy it and I’m pleased for you.”. Mark told fans that the ice bath was a lovely start to his 2025 after he posted videos working out in his home gym. It comes after Mark told fans that he and Michelle were expecting their first baby together, after nine years of marriage.

Presenter Mark and actress Michelle, both 37, have faced continuous questions about babies. But Mark once confessed he wanted to wait until he was finished with travelling the world. Both he and Michelle have been taken all over the place with their busy jobs.

Most recently she was filming in Australia for the second series of BBC drama Ten Pound Poms. And Mark told the Mirror: "I just want to make sure I'm all travelled out. I'm getting to the point where I just want to settle now at home and have a job that brings me home every day, but I'm not quite there yet.".
