Christmas has come early for McDonald’s fans as the fast food chain has just revealed what’s going to be on its menu in the New Year. The limited-edition items will switch up from January 8, 2025, when not one, not two, but three brand new items will be added to the line-up.
There’s a new burger, a new wrap, and a new McFlurry for customers to sink their teeth into, as well as a few returning favourites. First up, for those who still miss the Katsu Curry Chicken Nuggets, which launched in the UK in 2021, your prayers have been answered… well, kind of.
McDonald’s has put a twist on the beloved menu item, launching a Chicken Katsu Wrap which will cost just £1.99 when purchased on a Wednesday. The Chicken Katsu One includes your choice of crispy or grilled chicken, coated in katsu sauce, packed with crispy onions, cucumber, and lettuce – all wrapped in a warm, toasted tortilla.
For burger lovers, there’s a new BBQ Ranch Stack which features two 100% beef patties Emmental cheese, lettuce, bacon, and crispy onions, all of which is topped with creamy ranch and sweet BBQ sauce, inside a glazed sesame seed bun. But if you prefer chicken to beef, then you’ll be thrilled to hear the McCrispy BBQ Smokehouse is coming back as well, giving you even more choice.
