In the early hours of New Year's Day, Shamsud-Din Jabbar reportedly steered his truck from Canal Street into the crowded area at around 3:15 am, with an ISIS flag, a suspected bomb, and weapons discovered inside the vehicle.
The suspect behind the horrific New Orleans terror incident has been identified as 42 year old Shamsud Din Jabbar, a former Army serviceman with a driving prohibition.
Meanwhile, Donald Trump also commented on the New Orleans attack, though in a less tactful manner than his spouse.
