The suspect behind the horrific New Orleans terror incident has been identified as 42 year old Shamsud Din Jabbar, a former Army serviceman with a driving prohibition.

Meanwhile, Donald Trump also commented on the New Orleans attack, though in a less tactful manner than his spouse.
