Detectives have launched an urgent hunt for a man after an alleged attempt to rape a young man in east London.

The victim, in his 20s, was reportedly assaulted inside a social and health club on Commercial Road, Tower Hamlets between 5 and 6pm on February 17.

The Metropolitan Police released a CCTV image of a man they want to identify as part of their enquiries.
