Bizarre footage shows "frail" Billy Joel performing before throwing a microphone in the air and falling on stage.
The rock legend, 75, performed at a Mohegan Sun resort in Stamford, Connecticut, USA, on Saturday night (22 February 2025).
Whilst concluding his iconic hit, 'It's Still Rock and Roll to Me' Joel twirls the microphone base in the air but when he launches it to the crowd, he falls suddenly on his back.
A gig-goer, said: "He just didn't look well hobbling across the stage.]
Helped up by his band but "visibly thrown off", he managed to sing his last song before the end of the show.
