Neil Gaiman faces civil lawsuit for sexual assault Neil Gaiman is now facing a civil lawsuit from a woman who has accused the author of sexual assault.
Neil, 64, and his wife, Amanda Palmer, 48, are facing civil lawsuits -filed in Wisconsin, Massachusetts and New York – which accuse the Good Omens author of sexually assaulting her.
It was also alleged that the couple violated laws on federal human trafficking, with complaints of assault, battery and inflicting emotional distress against Gaiman and negligence against Palmer.
One of the women, Gaiman’s former nanny Scarlett Pavlovich, claimed she was assaulted in the presence of Gaiman’s five-year-old son.
In January, new allegations emerged and he was accused of assault by eight different women who were featured in a New York Magazine article.
