Nominations open for 2025’s Black British Business Awards The event, now in its 12th year, seeks to celebrate and honour Black professionals.
Established in 2014, the annual awards ceremony confirms the strength of the Black talent pipeline by highlighting the commercial excellence of Black professionals and entrepreneurs, who stand as role models and substantial contributors to the British economy.
For over a decade, the Black British Business Awards have championed meaningful change across Britain’s industries, and support the advancement of Black professionals into senior leadership positions.
Sophie Chandauka, the chairman and executive founder of the awards, said: “2025 marks the 12th year of the Black British Business Awards.
The Black British Business Awards will recognise senior leaders and rising stars across six categories: arts and media; consumer and luxury; entrepreneur; financial services; professional services; and Stem (science, technology, engineering and mathematics).
