One in three people 'love their home as much as their partner', survey shows A survey has found that 35% of homeowners love their properties as much as their partners.
The research indicated that nearly half (48%) would be offended if someone spoke ill of their home, findings by HomeServe suggest.
In the spirit of Valentine's Day, HomeServe has concocted an online quiz aimed at helping participants work out what kind of "home personality" they have.
Weighing in, Psychologist Dr Audrey Tang said: "Our homes are far more than just where we live – they are deeply personal spaces that reflect who we are.
It’s no surprise that people invest so much in their homes – they’re not just places, they’re physical extensions of ourselves.".
