Our Yorkshire Farm's Amanda Owen has shared a gloomy update from her Ravenseat home after an unexpected shift in weather dampened her spirits. The mother-of-nine, who gained popularity through Channel 5's reality series Our Yorkshire Farm, continues to keep her followers in the loop about the day-to-day life of her family in the secluded Yorkshire Dales.

Known as the Yorkshire Shepherdess, Amanda is currently featured on Channel 4's Our Farm Next Door: Amanda, Clive and Kids, which is set to return for its second season in 2025. However, Amanda took to Instagram to express her dismay over the recent "big freeze" at Ravenseat farm, detailing the struggles she and her children face due to the bitterly cold conditions.

In her post, Amanda lamented: "Winter has returned. Only on this occasion it's the soggy wet kind of snow that soaks you through and isn't so pretty.". She added: "So whilst I have a moment (there are few) I'm sharing pictures of the last time we were snowbound, a fortnight ago.".

Alongside the message, Amanda posted images of the thick snow that had previously took over northern England and Scotland two weeks earlier. Her fans loved the snowy snapshots and are eagerly anticipating her television comeback, reports the Express. One fan @nataliecox436 enquired: "When is your next TV program coming please.".

Another user @geministar0710 commented: "Miss u on the TV" and @jessica_76x shared: "Missing you all so much xx." Finally, @natmckeev exclaimed: "omg amazing photos.". Our Farm Next Door: Amanda, Clive and Kids is set to make a comeback in 2025. The programme follows the family's journey as they endeavour to convert an old barn on the Ravenseat estate into a permanent residence, moving away from their current status as tenant farmers.
