Police issue update on death of TV star Paul Danan, 46 The police have issued an update on the death of Hollyoaks’ Paul Danan.
Avon and Somerset Police said: ‘Officers attended a property in Brislington, Bristol, at around 5.20pm yesterday where sadly a man in his 40s was declared deceased by paramedics.
‘During this difficult time, we kindly request respect and privacy for Paul’s family, friends, and colleagues.
Paul had opened up about his battle with drug and alcohol addiction on a number of occasions, but had previously said that he had been clean for more than three years.
His management confirmed the news yesterday morning, writing: ‘It is with heavy hearts that we share the tragic news of the passing of @pauldanan at just 46 years old.
