As we eagerly anticipate Kate Middleton's festive appearances, we've been reminiscing about her previous holiday styles. From her go-to classic silhouettes to her favourite designers for seasonal events, Kate truly is the (future) Queen of Christmas Style.
Another Royal who consistently gets it right with her Christmas attire is Mary, Queen of Denmark. Interestingly, Kate and Mary have several things in common. Both women were 'ordinary' people before marrying into royalty and are now on track (or there, as of January for Mary) to become Queen Consorts. Their long brown hair and similar figures also bear a striking physical resemblance.
But that's not all - both women share a love for fashion and have had numerous twinning moments over the years. One such style crossover happened during Kate's 2022 visit to Copenhagen. On her final day, she met up with Queen Mary, and both royals looked stunning in their outfits.

The two looked remarkably alike in their regal coats and with their brunette locks styled loose, Kate chose a Catherine Walker double-breasted grey tweed coat, which is no surprise as the London-based label is her go-to for big occasions.
She paired the structured dress with pearl jewellery from Monica Vinader and a chic black mini Mulberry handbag, perfectly complementing the contrasting collar, cuffs and gloves. Queen Mary's white tailored coat was equally stylish, accessorised with delicate pearl jewels, black gloves and matching court shoes.
