PSG 4 Man City 2: Pep Guardiola’s men on brink of elimination as second half collapse sees horror season hit new low

MANCHESTER CITY threw away a two-goal lead to lose as their Champions League qualification hopes took a big hit. Jack Grealish broke the deadlock just after half-time to score his first Champions League goal in more than three years. Manuel Akanji created the goal with a brilliant run before passing to Bernardo Silva, whose shot was well saved - the resulting ricochet fell kindly for Grealish who could not miss.
Moments later City doubled their lead through Erling Haaland, who also had a simple finish after Grealish's cross was diverted towards him by a stray PSG leg. But City's good work quickly unravelled and within seven minutes the score was back level. Ousman Dembele equalised following a brilliant run by Bradley Barcola, who then turned from creator to goalscorer when he fired in a rebound after Désiré Doué's curling shot came back off the bar.
