Hours can easily pass by when you're scrolling through Netflix in search of your latest watch, but are just being met with the same TV shows and movies. While the streaming giant does categorise its content into genres like Romance and Comedies, sometimes viewers want a more refined and niche search option.

There are two ways to access the secret collections. You can do it from any desktop by typing 'netflix.com/browse/genre/' into the URL and adding a unique ID code. Alternatively, if you use Netflix on a TV, you can simply type in the code to the 'search' bar. It does not work on mobile or tablets.
