Former NFL quarterback Robert Griffin III urged football fans not to share the video of Grant Dubose's injury. The Miami Dolphins wide receiver was rushed to hospital in a neck brace after suffering a terrifying head injury on Sunday afternoon. The horrifying scenes unfolded during Miami's 12-20 defeat to the Texans in Houston during Week 15 of the season.
And, while social media was flooded with prayers for Dubose, Griffin, who played eight seasons in the NFL, emotionally pleaded with fans to not repost videos of the wideout's injury. 'Please don’t share the video of Miami Dolphins WR Grant Dubose getting injured. Share this because we are all Praying for him and his family,' Griffin posted.
The retired signal caller then added an image of Dubose's Dolphins teammates huddled together and taking the knee as they wide receiver was carted off. Griffin urged football fans not to re-share the video of Dubose's injury on social media. The injury occurred midway through the third quarter when Calen Bullock aimed a brutal tackle on Dubose as he tried to catch the ball near midfield. As Dubose grabbed the ball, Bullock slammed into his helmet from close range and Dubose then smashed his head on the turf.
