Roy Keane tells Marcus Rashford to quit Man Utd after derby snub - 'Enough is enough'

Roy Keane says the time has come for Marcus Rashford and Manchester United to part ways after he was omitted from the squad for Sunday's Manchester derby. Rashford, 27, has endured a difficult 18 months and there were reports earlier this week that United were planning to try and sell him in order to raise additional transfer funds for their new head coach, Ruben Amorim.
Amorim caused a stir on Sunday when he confirmed that Rashford, alongside winger Alejandro Garnacho, had been dropped for the crucial derby clash with Manchester City and hinted that it was due to their performance levels. He explained the decision to Sky Sports, saying: “We try to evaluate everything training performance, game performances, engagement with teammates, push their teammates up. Everything is on the line when we analyse and try to choose the players. It is my selection. Simple.”.
He added: “I pay attention to everything, the way you eat, the way you put your clothes to go to a game. Everything. I make my evaluation and then I decide. “There is a communication after the last training. They are alright. They had training this morning and I was there. They trained really well.”.

“A move for Marcus [Rashford] would suit the player – a new challenge for him,” he said. “He’s been there a long time. When you’re at a big club and your attitude is not right – and it hasn’t been great recently – sometimes it’s good to part ways.”.
