In Scotland, the FSS said: "This product may contain soya making it a possible health risk for anyone with an allergy to soya.

Customers are being advised to return the rolls to stores immediately as the brown rolls could pose a serious health risk.

A packing error has been blamed for the brown rolls being put in packaging for white rolls.
