Sandro Tonali sends emotional Newcastle message following first goals after betting ban

Sandro Tonali says he will remember the support he got from Eddie Howe and his team mates “for life.”. The £54million midfielder netted twice, his first goals since serving his ten month betting ban last season, and was rewarded with a dressing room filled with Italian music. He insists “everything is possible” this season, and vowed to repay the club for the backing he got during tough times when he could only train and now play games.
Tonali said: "This is the first time (for the music)! I am happy because all the players helped me last season and I felt the love from them and the fans. I remember this for life. “The first goal was better. I found emotion. It is an important moment for me and my family and the fans. When I was not on the pitch I wanted to show (I could do this).
“Yes I dreamed of these moments when I couldn’t play. This is the way for us. We are a great team and everything is possible with this team and this gaffer. "We are happy to be in the semi final. We play free and play very well when we control the game.
“It was a good goal. But I am happy for the team. Now we are solid and that is the key. We go to Ipswich to play the same way.”.
