Martin is cold with Ruby after how she dealt with Councillor Barker. Later, Barker announces the council will keep the market open but it doesn’t change Martin’s stance. In a bid to prove him wrong, Ruby finds Barker and tries to put things right. Celebrations commence until Martin is called to his stall where vengeful Barker is closing it down for an alleged health and safety violation.
