Shocking video footage has been released by police of a car being driven at speeds up to 90mph before causing a three-vehicle crash killing a lorry driver. Ross Neiland, 38, from Littlehampton, West Sussex, has been jailed for nine years and nine months for causing the death of 36-year-old Michal Kaminski, from Salisbury, in the incident on the M27 on February 21 last year.
