Sir Rod Stewart has given two hilarious interviews ahead of Celtic's crunch Champions League clash with Bayern Munich as the star admitted: 'I've had a couple of drinks.'.
The legendary singer-songwriter, 80, made a surprise appearances on TNT Sports and CBS Sports prior to his beloved team's knockout play-off first leg at Celtic Park.
Stewart left the CBS panel of Jamie Carragher, Micah Richards, Thierry Henry and presenter Kate Scott in stitches as he repeatedly told the stadium announcer to 'shut up', referred to Peter Schmeichel as 'Gordon Banks' and called Richards 'big knees' instead of his 'Big Meeks' nickname.
The rock star danced along to a chant from Celtic fans during TNT's live coverage of the game.
Speaking to FourFourTwo in 2022, Stewart said of the draw: '[I'd] drank a couple of bevvies and Sky asked me if I'd like to do [the draw].
