A Sky rep responded to affected customer's on the company's support forum, thanking them for their "perseverance and patience whilst we work through this technical issue".
But some Sky Broadband customers have noticed that the feature has mysteriously stopped working for them.
SKY customers have been hit by a strange bug that's affecting how some people make and receive calls.
"It only impacts WiFi calling at home and not on other providers WiFi when there is a bad signal.".
