Silent Hill 2 was a hit video game released on the PlayStation 2, as well as Microsoft's Xbox and Windows PC.

According to video game collectibles tracker PriceCharting, a sealed copy of the game could go for as much as £485 – and possibly even more.

Silent Hill 2 is now an iconic part of gaming history – not just for horror titles – and is a prized collectible for fans of the series.

And one of the best-known games from the PS2 era was 2001's survival horror: Silent Hill 2.
