Their lawsuit, filed in California's Superior Court in Los Angeles County on Tuesday, accuses the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power of 'failing to maintain an adequate water supply system to fight the blazes.'.
Pratt, 41, and Montag, 38, lost their $2.5 million Pacific Palisades home to the devastating Los Angeles fires on January 8th.
His sister, Stephanie Pratt, previously confirmed their parents' home was also destroyed in the Palisades fire, just hours after Spencer and Heidi's home.
20 other property owners have joined the lawsuit as well, including Pratt's mother Janet Pratt.
