Stephanie Davis gives birth and left 'sobbing' after 'traumatic' delivery

Soap star Stephanie Davis has shared that she was sobbing following the birth of her newborn son. The actor, 31 - who has starred in both Hollyoaks and Coronation Street - welcomed her son Samuel with her partner Joe McKalroy, 28, recently. Stephanie is already a parent to son Caben, eight, from a previous relationship.
The news was shared with fans on Instagram on Tuesday night alongside a series of photos from the hospital. Joe wrote in the caption of the joint post that it had been a "traumatic experience" after sharing his son's name. He said: "Welcome to the world my beautiful baby boy Samuel McKalroy. Named after your uncle the one and only who will always weigh heavy on my heart I wish so much that he could’ve met you and cherished you as much as I do. It has been a traumatic experience but you are finally here in our arms.
"I never thought I could possibly love your mummy anymore than I already do but this is just so special and an unconditional love I cannot explain with words. @stephaniedavis88 I love you more than you will ever know.". Former Celebrity Big Brother housemate Stephanie replied to the post: "Sobbing reading this. My heart. I love you more than anything in this world. I couldn't love you more. I'm so blessed to have you as a daddy to our boys. You carried me through that, it was so tough. I love you more than you will ever know.".
