Stephen Mulhern urged social media followers to 'look after each other' in a rare social media post on Thursday, weeks after collapsing at a pizza restaurant. The Deal Or No Deal presenter, 47, who is mourning the death of his father Christopher, was rushed to hospital in November after falling ill over a meal.
An ambulance was called for Mulhern, who had reacted badly to an anesthetic he'd taken earlier in the day, after staff at a Berkshire branch of Pizza Express became concerned for him at around 8:00pm. Taking to Instagram on Thursday, the presenter - who has since made a full recovery - shared a personal message for his followers.
Posting alongside a nature video, he wrote: 'Here’s to a year where we look after each other and make wonderful memories. Hope it’s the best 2025 for us all! Happy New Year, everyone!'. Following his collapse, a source told The Sun: 'Stephen has been going through an incredibly tough time of late. He is grieving the loss of his dad to whom he was so, so close.
