Kate Ferdinand was all smiles as she gave her Instagram followers an insight into her Sunday workout with her husband Rio and their children. The former TOWIE star, 33, was seen holding the couple's little girl Shae, 18-months, as they posed for a mirror selfie in their lavish home gym.

Meanwhile former Manchester United legend Rio rocked a navy hoodie and matching tracksuit bottoms. In the background, Kate and Rio's son Cree, four, looked happy as he used a cardio machine while Tate, 15, showed off his abs as he lifted weights.
