Terry’s Chocolate Orange fans 'upset' after finding out beloved product has been axed

Fans of Terry's Chocolate Orange have been left distraught after finding out a popular product was discontinued. The flavour in question is White Chocolate Orange, and the product's discontinuation is not new. In fact, it was discontinued four years ago, in 2020. Retail and supermarket websites do not list the product as available or they advertise it as out of stock. It is also not listed as a product on the official Terry's Chocolate website.
However, fans were unaware of the move and were stunned when they were unable to find it anywhere. Some fans shared on social media that they had even gone online to try and get themselves one for Christmas this year. One chocolate fan shared on Facebook back in October that they were still on the lookout but were struggling.
Another shared: "I bought my children the white one a few years ago, last year when writing to Santa my son asked for the white chocolate oranges (the only thing on the list). I thought it would be an easy task but no where sells them anymore!!. "I had to buy them off eBay and have them sent from Poland. I spent about two months, going to every shop possible and ringing one's further away with no success, praying he doesn't ask for them this year.".
A third person was shocked by the news, commenting: "What! There is more than orange. Every once in a great while I am forced to admit there are some disadvantages to living in a rural area far from large grocery stores. This is one of those times.". Fans of the Terrys Chocolate product also shared their frustration on X - formerly Twitter - saying: "am actually very upset that they’ve got rid of the terry’s white chocolate orange segments in the christmas pouches." Another person is so desperate to know for certain what happened they have reached out to Terry's Chocolate owner Carambar & Co four times over the last few weeks - with no response.
