TESCO shoppers have been flocking to buy a stylish festive essential scanning for just 60p. The supermarket has heavily slashed the price of a luxury alpine snow tree which would have set shoppers back £60. A keen shopper spied the item in their local store and was thrilled at the price.
Posting the find to the Bargain Lovers group Facebook page, they said: "Found in Tesco today!! Two christmas trees.". They shared a photo of their newly purchased ornamental tree. Fellow bargain hunters were quick to comment on the post and make plans to head to their nearest Tesco store to bag one.
"Wow that is a bargain to shout about for sure," one wrote. "Bloody well done!". A second added: "Gutted I paid 30 for mine. "Good find.". A third weighed in: "What a bargain, thought my £5 ones from B&Q were good, but wow.". However do bear in mind that when prices are reduced by this much it's usually for stores to clear excess stock, so availability will vary from store to store.
It's always best to phone ahead to your local shop to check what they have available to avoid disappointment. You can find your nearest Tesco store using the locator tool on the website. It always pays to compare prices so you know you're getting the best deal.
There are dozens of similar-looking garden sets listed online but for quite a bit more money. Amazon is selling a very similar style tree for £45. Prices can also vary day to day and by what deals are on at the time, plus remember you might pay for delivery if you're ordering online.
