According to the heating pro, the easiest and cheapest way to ensure your radiators are working efficiently is by bleeding your radiators.
He explained: "Over time, air can become trapped in your home’s central heating system, preventing radiators from warming evenly.
To bleed your radiators, first turn off the heating and let the radiators cool down to avoid any risk of burns or leaks.
"Windows are a common place for the outside cold to get into your home, this is because of small gaps that can let in air so always close your curtains as soon as it gets dark," he said.
