Fans watching The Masked Singer on Saturday 25 January are convinced that they know which celebrity is hiding behind the Dressed Crab mask. Dressed Crab was in the bottom two last week, but judges Mo Gilligan, Davina McCall, Maya Jama, Jonathan Ross and guest judge Tom Daley instead decided to send Tattoo home. Tattoo was revealed to be eighties pop star Carol Decker, the 67-year-old lead singer of pop band T'Pau who are best known for hits like China in your Hand and Heart and Soul.

Dressed Crab may not have been unmasked, but fans have been convinced since the start that they know who it is. The most popular suggestion so far has been American jazz singing star Gregory Porter, although Tom Daley was at one point mentioned, until viewers realised it would be tough for him to be a guest judge and a competitor on the same show at the same time.

On Saturday, Dressed Crab gave some more clues to their identity. This included a fashion show and a reference to 'Lord' and 'faith', plus a hint they may have been on another Masked Singer. The cooked crustacean then took to the stage and sang Lenny Kravitz's Are You Gonna Go My Way.

Immediately afterwards, viewers took to X, formerly Twitter, to share their latest guesses as to Dressed Crab’s identity. "Yep, Dressed Crab is Gregory Porter," said one fan, while a second wrote: "Are we gonna pretend that dressed crab is anyone else but gregory porter?" "This could be Seal if they mean third time performing, Seal has done The Masked Singer in the US and France, so maybe it is Seal," commented a third, while another added: "It has to be Seal".
