Toob down UPDATES: Thousands of users blocked from accessing broadband after major outage

TOOB is experiencing outages with thousands of users unable to access broadband. According to Downdetector, more than 2,000 users of the firm, which delivers broadband in the South of England, are reporting issues, which started coming in at about 09.00.
