Imagine Kay Ewer, 28, began a twisted relationship with a 16-year-old boy and even ordered him to bring a gun to school in a bid to shoot her colleague, a court heard.
The court also heard how Ewer sent thousands of explicit texts to the students referring to their sexual encounters.
But she was arrested by Garden Ridge Police Department in January on charges of sexual contact with a student, statutory rape in the second degree, endangering the welfare of a child, and child molestation.
During the disturbing relationship, Ewer, a paraprofessional from Colorado, manipulated the boy for money by trying to convince him that he was "the one", prosecutors said.
She also faces at least 10 years of sexual offender probation, which could turn into a life sentence, according to The New York Post.
