If your iPhone detects a person in the Measure app, it will automatically measure their height.
At its most basic, you just need to open the Measure app, and then wiggle the camera so your iPhone can understand what it's looking at.
Now just tap on the Level button and hold your iPhone against something – like a picture frame.
This lets you see through your iPhone's camera on the watch screen.
So you can stick your iPhone in hard to reach places, and watch what it's seeing on the Apple Watch.
