An ultra rare Amber cold weather alert has been extended across the UK as the Arctic blast sweeps in to affect millions of people. The UK Health Secruity Agency, along with the Met Office, confirmed the regions affected include the North East, North West, Yorkshire and The Humber, East Midlands, West Midlands, East of England, London, South East, South West.
